Our signature concoctions are carefully crafted to complement our food. Using locally sourced produce, we have designed our drinks based on inspirations unique to Jhol. It is modern, global, fun, mischievous and experimental. We partner with local distilleries, breweries and vineyards and incorporate their produce within our beverage program. The emphasis is to break the common perception that Indian food is not friendly enough to be paired with beverages such as cocktails, experimental wines, sakes etc. Guests would be encouraged to go beyond their comfort zone and try something new and exciting!
